Everyone’s loft conversion needs are different, which is why we work closely with each client to make sure we bring their ideas to life. We’ll discuss which type of loft conversion best suits your home and lifestyle, ensuring you have your ideal loft with minimal stress and hassle. Our design team - surveyors, architects and engineers can get your planning permission / building Regs etc. approved in next to no time.

Fixed Price

For projects we will provide an itemised quote (valid for 28 days), to complete the work, the work will then be done to that agreed fixed price.

Please note additional works not included in the original scope will either require a separate quote or be charged at an hourly rate.

Rates charged are for the cost of Labour only.  Fittings and materials will be separate.

Hourly Rates

We can use our hourly rates system for smaller jobs, such as leaking taps or replacing single tiles, or when we have a variety of smaller jobs to be done for works that have not been previously quoted for.
